Terms of Use
Last updated 18 October 2026
These terms cover the Pikori Mac app, the website pikori.io, and characters you buy for Pikori. By using Pikori, you agree to them. Pikori is made by an independent developer ("we"). Contact: pikori.contact@gmail.com.
The app
- Pikori is free. You may install it on any Mac you use.
- Pikori is not made by or affiliated with Anthropic or OpenAI. Claude, Claude Code, Codex, and ChatGPT are their trademarks.
- Usage numbers come from Claude Code and the Codex CLI. They can be late or differ from the provider's own website. Do not rely on Pikori for billing or for decisions where a wrong number costs you money.
- Beta versions may have bugs or stop working. We may change, pause, or stop any feature.
Characters you buy
- Some characters are sold one by one or in themed packs. The price is shown before you pay.
- Orders are processed by our reseller Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record. It handles payment, invoices, and sales tax or VAT. Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms also apply to your order.
- A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use those characters in Pikori on your own Macs. You do not buy the artwork itself, and you may not resell, share, or redistribute it.
- Characters are digital content, delivered right after payment. Refunds follow our refund policy.
- If we ever stop offering Pikori, characters you bought keep working in the version you have installed.
Fair use
Do not reverse engineer Pikori to unlock paid characters, share licence keys, or use the beta download service to hand Pikori to others without our permission.
No warranty
Pikori is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
Privacy
How Pikori handles data is explained in the privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using Pikori after a change, the new terms apply.
